Garlic in the Raw Olive Oil Dip
Garlic in the Raw Mason Jar
Garlic in the Raw
Ingredients:
2-3 bulbs of garlic
Directions:
Separate garlic cloves.
Smash cloves with flat part of a chopping knife to help separate skin. Peel skin.
Add to food processor or mini chopper.
Pulse until minced. Scraping down sides occasionally.
Serve with all your food.

Ingredients:
2-3 bulbs of garlic
1 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper or red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
Separate garlic cloves.
Smash cloves with flat part of a chopping knife to help separate skin. Peel skin.
Add to food processor or mini chopper.
Pulse until minced. Scraping down sides occasionally.
Place in bowl.
Add olive oil and if you must, salt and pepper. (I usually do not.)
Serve with bread.

Ingredients:
2-3 bulbs of garlic
Olive Oil
Mason Jar
Directions:
Separate garlic cloves.
Smash cloves with flat part of a chopping knife to help separate skin. Peel skin.
Add to food processor or mini chopper.
Pulse until minced. Scraping down sides occasionally.
Place in mason jar.
Add olive oil until it covers garlic.
Store in the refrigerator.
